The Founder is a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional with over 25 years of experience as a Registered Nurse. Her Passion for caring for the mentally challenged began as a nursing student, where she had her first encounter with individuals with developmental delays while working part-time at a company that specializes in care for clients with developmental disabilities. This experience ignited a lifelong passion for advocating for and supporting those with unique challenges.

After gaining valuable experience in hospital nursing, she transitioned to community nursing, providing personalized care to clients in their own homes. This shift allowed her to see the profound impact of individualized support and the importance of fostering a nurturing environment for her clients.

Throughout her career, she has excelled in various roles, successfully advancing to management positions where she developed programs and initiatives designed to enhance care quality for vulnerable populations. Her blend of clinical expertise and managerial acumen, combined with her heartfelt commitment to improving the lives of individuals with developmental delays and complex medical needs, ultimately led her to establish Enhanced Care Residential Services.
